As a senior consultant you will assume responsibility of driving our customers’ projects to success either in a project manager or a business analyst role. As a business analyst you will act as the bridge between our customers and our implementation teams. You will work with the customer to analyze, optimize and document their processes and guide our team to ensure the software is configured according to requirements. As a project manager will take full responsibility of scoping, planning, budgeting and delivering projects within the predefined constraints. You are responsible for meeting the contractual obligations while maintaining customer satisfaction and project profitability.

As a project manager or business analyst you

•Have strong analytical skills and you are well organized.
•Are an excellent communicator with a strong mind.
•Are flexible and have a pragmatic and result-oriented attitude.
•Understand the impact of teamwork and team spirit.
•Have at least 3 years of experience in business analyst and/or project management roles, preferably in CRM projects.
•Have a technical background to support this experience.
•Fluently speak Dutch and English and have good knowledge of French.
•Knowledge of CRM is an important asset.
